A Valentine's Day Present...
I'm not a big one on Valentine's Day (a "Hallmark Holiday" my Father always told me), but this year take a loved one, a dear one, or ANYONE and head down to the Gypsy Lounge in Lake Forest for a great line up including Hillstomp, Tim Barry (of Avail) and Drag the River.
Get there early to see Hillstomp - they're in the 9:00 p.m. slot but may be the most interesting band of the line up - where else can you see a band that uses pots and pans for percussion? You'll thank me, and so will your Valentine!
